Why we use this information
We use it to respond to enquiries, discuss packages and appointments, review heart-health questions for general educational replies, assess potential healthcare partnerships and credentials, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal or regulatory duties. If you separately subscribe, we use your email for that subscription. A Heart Questions submission is not an emergency service, diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for your own doctor.
Public answers and partner profiles
Your original Heart Questions submission is kept for private review by authorised staff. A general, anonymised question and clinician-reviewed educational answer may appear on the website only if you separately choose public sharing and our clinical team approves the text. We remove identifying details before publication. Your name, email and original submission are not part of the public answer.
Partner applications are reviewed privately. A professional profile may be shown in a public directory only if the applicant separately opts in and we verify and approve it. Licence details, direct work email and phone are not included in the public listing. Submitting an application does not create a partnership, account or access to patient information.
Who may receive information
Access is limited to authorised clinic personnel and service providers who support the website, hosting, email, forms and security. The site uses WordPress and Hostinger services, WPForms for the contact form, and authenticated email delivery for notifications. Embedded video and other optional features may involve their providers when used. We may share information when required by applicable law or with an appropriate healthcare professional where the person concerned has requested a referral or follow-up and the sharing is lawful. We do not publish identifiable heart questions or partner contact and licence details in the question bank or directory. We do not sell information submitted through these forms.
Storage, security and retention
Website submissions and related emails are kept only for the purposes described above and for periods required by applicable law and the clinic’s approved retention schedule. If an enquiry becomes part of a patient’s clinical record, applicable health-record retention requirements apply. We use access controls and reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, and review who can access submissions. No website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure; please avoid sending full medical records through these forms.
Cookies and external content
The site may use cookies or similar technologies needed for operation, security, performance and optional features. Embedded content, including video, may connect to an external provider and be governed by that provider’s own notice. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect site features. Optional analytics or marketing tools should be identified in the site’s cookie controls when enabled.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct information we hold about you, request deletion where applicable, object to or withdraw optional consent, or ask how it has been used or shared. Email contact@cardiaclongevitycenter.com. We may need to verify your identity and consider clinical-record or legal retention duties before acting. To withdraw consent for a public answer or profile, contact us so we can review and remove the website listing where appropriate. You can unsubscribe from newsletter messages using the link in those messages or by emailing us.
Children and third-party questions
If you ask about a parent, child or another person, do not submit their name, contact details, reports or precise medical information unless you are authorised to do so and we provide an appropriate route. The public question bank is intended for general education.
